Dear All we are using ipcc 7.1 , we are facing  aproblem when we tried to get report through webview report we got the following error message

(There was an error running your report. Please try again and contact your WebView administrator for further information.


Error Message: Database ErrorDBERROR: SqlDbCode=229, SqlErrorText=Select error: SQLSTATE = 42000 [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]SELECT permission denied on object 'Agent_Half_Hour', database 'zain_awdb', owner 'dbo'.)))))

is there any solution

its fresh install ,it was working since 6 month.

right, to fix this, all you need to do is to add the GeoTelAdmin with Select privilege on the view who's report you want to be able to run via Enterprise Manager.
So in your case, you'd need to go to Zain_awdb, right click on Views and Properties, check the box for Select and the object from the drop down menu for Agent_Half_Hour table.
