Are Visual InterDev and Microsoft Server 2008 compatible?

We are considering upgrading our server, and with that upgrading the operating system to MS Server 2008, but all of our asps were developed using Visual Interdev. And of course, Visual Interdev doesn't appear to be supported by MS anymore. Does anyone have experience with using InterDev on the most current release of Microsoft Server or know if it is even possible? Will Visual Interdev even run on MS Server 2008? Or do you have to upgrade to one of the Visual Studio releases?
