MS Antispyware 2009 virus Screwed up my SAFE MODE!

(OP)
Here we go again!   Now I got this one: MS antispyware 2009 - this one is bad because it has affected by Boot Up! When I try to re-boot the comp it takes me to the Admin/Owner userID and Password dialog box (which I normally never use) - I put in y password as Owner and I get the Microsoft error message that says XP has to close, bla bla bla --- and when I try to go to SAFE MODE it lets me but the Safe Mode screen is black blank with  the words "safe Mode" in all four corners. Why isnt safe mode coming up normally?  Gosh, what has this malcious virus gotten into???  HELP HELP THANKS!
