Does anyone have any experiences with United Asset Coverage as a maintenance coverage alternate to Avaya?

RE: United Asset Coverage for maintenance?

In my experience, UAC provides two services: monitoring and maintenance. They sub out both. They will give you contact information for the vendor they are using; if you have a problem, you call the vendor, not UAC. That's how I found Walt Medak & Associates. They were UAC's vendor of choice, and put me in touch with Walt. WMA was able to provide better service and quicker response than UAC ever could. Before you sign anything from UAC, I would speak with WMA. They are on the web at: www.medak.com.
