ODBC System DSN error - ODBCad32.exe

I can open ODBC from Control panel->Administrative Tools. I can configure user Dsn and file DSN. I can also click on all tabs except System DSN.

On Click of System Dsn, it prompts an error message. An unhandled exception win32 exception occured in odbcad32.exe.
