Is G/L memo entry to a FINANCIAL account possible?

Is G/L memo entry to a FINANCIAL account possible?

Is G/L memo entry to a FINANCIAL account possible?

(OP)
In level 3, if I wanted to have a note of somekind in a g/l account I had to make a journal entry that had both dr and cr amounts of $.01 (or more) with the text info that I wanted.

I just tried in the level 4 product, it took a je with 0 in dr and cr but does not display the journal in the account. Je type NF will not allow me to enter to a financial account which is where I want the text. Anything else I am missing other than "back to the penney dr and cr"?

Thanks.

Level 3 is what I used to have.
Level 4 is what I have now.

My question was saying what I was limited to in level 3 and wanting to know if level 4 has broader capabilities.

Do not have access to Sage.
