Paperless option and passwords

(OP)
I recently added the paperless feature for my company and tested it first with my account.  I left the require a password blank just for testing purposes.  I seen how it works and was wonderful.  I then clicked the check mark to use your SS as passwords and added another person to recieve paperless stubs.  Now when they got their stub it came password protected but not mine.  Anyone know how to fix this issue?

I have sent a password I enabled the Social Security number as passwords in the extendable solutions center.  I also check in under dd for password and I can see it there.  If I send it out again it comes not password protected.
