Snootalope posted in October 2008 of issues with the Attendant Console from 4.1 to 6.1. At that time no fix by Cisco had been given. We are about to move from 4.1 to 6.1 and would like to know if a patch or any other information has been given to resolve the response issue with the Attendant console.
