KXTDA 15 and analogue answering machine

(OP)
Can anyone help? Have 3 7668 digital phones into 3 of the hybrid (digital/analogue) extension ports and 1 x separate analogue phone with a built in answering machine.

Only problem is when messages have been left (the extension is part if the Incoming Call Distribution on a 4 ring delay, the ansering machine does not hang up on completed of the left message. There is an annoying beep for sometime and eventually the answering machine cuts it off itself.

I am looking to cut it off immediately after the message has been left.

I have tried the answering machine on an analogue trunk line and it works fine - it is only via the KXTDA15 and the ISDN!

RE: KXTDA 15 and analogue answering machine
