Request your help on the best way to determine why user from my domain (Domain A) cannot send emails to users in Domain B.  Users in Domain B can however send emails to recipients in Domain A.  Received a NDR after 24 hours that didn't really specified the cause. Spoke with the administrator of Domain B.  Checked their queues for mail with no luck. Are there any other troubleshooting step I can take? We are using Microsoft Exchange Server 2003.

We are not on any blacklists.  I have asked the other domain to check also.

RE: Failed to send to identified host, Message non-deliverable

Anything odd in the event logs?

RE: Failed to send to identified host, Message non-deliverable

More importantly, is this a recurring problem? Can ANYONE from domain A send to ANYONE on domain B?
