Mat.Req/Return-Return of Goods Register Out of Balance

(OP)
Hi,
In Mat. Req.Return>>Return Order Register/Update, we received a "Vendor Receipt History File is in use by another task" message.
We exited that message & rebooted the server.
We are now getting an "Out of Balance by" message on the Daily Transaction Register.
How do we correct this out of balance message?

Thanks, Glen

Once it is accepted and posted you would need to go into the GL and make a one sided entry.

Thanks!

I ran it thru my test company and that works.

I did have to post the transactions from the G/L sub-system to allow me to post the out of balance return transactions.
It did not give me that option under the Return Order Register/Update.

Then I could enter the correcting entry thru the General Journal Entry and post it.
