starfish sidekick 99

(OP)
Have just bought new pc with windows vista, Pc has a 64 bit OS. On trying to load sidekick 99 Pc says the version is not compatable with PCs system informatiom and to see whether I need an x86(32bit) or x64 (64bit) version of the programme.

I have loaded this sidkeick on my laptop with vista and it works perfectly well but it must be a 32 bit.

Any ideas

RE: starfish sidekick 99

Dear soloclart,

Check out
thread807-1506389: TrueSync: can't install on Win XP!

And make sure with Vista that you install it in a folder C:\Starfish as it cannot be used if installed in a subfolder of the C:\Program Files folder.

There are lots of other posts mentioning Sidekick98 installation which are relevant to installing Sidekick99 into Vista and XP, check those out too.
See the FAQ pages too.
