DP Update Issue - Only one secondary site affected

DP Update Issue - Only one secondary site affected

(OP)
Our secondary site server crashed and our SMS guy recovered it.  The problem I'm seeing is that some packages seem to be making it to this site and the other DP's that fall under it, but others are not.  For example a small 200K package has yet to make it to that server and its been a full 24Hrs whereas a 50MB package made it out there within a few hours.

I've seen and tried a lot of the suggestions regarding packages not making it to a DP or stuck DP's, but nothing seems to be working.  The schedule and distmgr logs all look normal with no errors that standout.  Increasing the source version is not helping, removing re-adding the DP to the package is not working, even recreating a problem package does not help.

SMS 2003 SP2; server having the issue is Win2k and central site server is running Win2k3

Any ideas, suggestions, or links to articles would be greatly appreciated since I am simply the fill-in for our SMS guy who in the past has fixed these type of issues.
