Anyone knows if ASPECT still selling new Rockwell ACD switches ? or they are trying to sell their own ASPECT switch. Rockwell now belongs to ASPECT and I tried to request information about new ROCKWELL REN 200/300 and they didn't want to provide  any information .
They want to send a consultant to meet with me, they didn't answer my question about new REN 200/300 switches.

thx

RE: Rockwell/ASPECT REN 200/300 switch

hi Born
Aspect still sell the Spectrum REN acd along with the legacy Aspect CallCentre but they are trying to push their VOIP solution. If they keep pestering you regarding VOIP just say that you want a Spectrum and that you may add VPR cards later.

In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are not.
