Disable Auto Load With QuickTime <embed>

I am new to embedding media.  I just embedded my first video and audio files on my website.  The only thing I don't like is that each of the files automatically download.

I have disabled "autoplay." However, on the control of each of of the files, I can see they are all downloading at the same time - which takes FOREVER!

I can't find any tutorials or tags for disabling the auto load feature in QuickTime.  I just want the users to start the actual loading of the file to the page if they select PLAY.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
