I'm having some trouble getting Altiris 6.9 to collect the configuration of my HP linux thin clients. I have installed the console which is picking up the client and allowing me to send reboot and startup commands but i am unable to collect a configuration, when i send the command the client reboots a couple of times but nothing appears in the console.

I have only just installed the console so i might not have it configured correctly, is anyone here familiar with Altiris that could lend a hand?
