RE: cobol on my pc dchristensen (IS/IT--Management) 25 Nov 08 15:40 You can get the free version of Net Express from the Micro Focus site, or there's an educational version available on the Fujitsu site. There are limitations with either of them.Another low cost option would be to buy a copy of KOBOL offered by TheCompany.com The WIndows version works okay, though they haven't kept the Linux version up to date. RE: cobol on my pc mikrom (Programmer) 25 Nov 08 16:01 But I guess Futitsu offer still only the old Version 3, which I tried in 2002 and had problems with it, see:http://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=239610&page=1Don't waste your time with it.Try the NetExpress from MF. It'đ be limited to 2200 lines:Download:http://www.microfocus.com/Resources/Communities/Academic/shop/index.aspFAQ:http://www.microfocus.com/Resources/Communities/Academic/FAQaboutACTION.asp RE: cobol on my pc Truusvlugindewind (Programmer) 27 Nov 08 06:39 Windows on your PC?
