SERVER PSQL 8.5 Move

(OP)
is there a way to move (Export) the PCC Database settings for an old server on Windows 2k to a new server Win 2003 without rekeying them. The Old server has about 30 DB's defined.

RE: SERVER PSQL 8.5 Move

There's no way to export them.  You might be able to move the DBNAMES.CFG file and export the ODBC registry key (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ODBC) from the old server and import the registry keys and use the DBNAMES.CFG on the new server but that will assume that all of the databases are in exactly the same location and the PSQL is the same version.
