Witness CSCM integrate with QM 7.7.1

(OP)
Hi All

I'm new to Witness system, currently I'm trying to install Witness CSCM integrate with QM 7.7.1. I would like to know does this package require Eware/Viewer installation CDs to make the systems work? A box of CDs given by Verint doesn't have Eware/Viewer software nor its installation documents. The box only comes with CSCM,QM,Enteprise Reporting and Cognos CDs.

RE: Witness CSCM integrate with QM 7.7.1

Installing Viewer is not a prerequisite to using QM. You may want to install Viewer so that you can easily find calls from the CSCM rather than using the CSCM browser to do this. Also if you have Archiver then you will need Viewer.

RE: Witness CSCM integrate with QM 7.7.1

Hi,

Witness QM and CSCM integration needs the Viewer server.
QM replay calls through the Viewer.
