I was wondering if anyone can help on a folder query?

When more than one user is accessing a shared folder and someone else wants access to that folder, the file in use box appears saying there is only a read-only copy of the file available as someone else is using it.  the problem is that it only show the administrator as the one using the file even though we know it isn't.  does anyone know how we can change it so that it shows who is actually using the file other than the admin?

RE: shared folder access

Connect to the share with proper user credentials instead of Administrator?

the users are connecting with their own account credentials as they don't have access to the admin account.
