CM_RST_FAILURE???

CM_RST_FAILURE???

CM_RST_FAILURE???

Anyone know what this error means in the CTI driver?
I am installing a Nice perform trunkside with AES.
The devices (about 12 out of 1100)are not failing to monitor they are just giving this error in the logs, but I have not tested to see if the actual devices work yet. I just wanted to know if anyone had seen this to give me an idea?? :)

ChecksRequestValidation -
Expect to get CM_RST_SNAPSHOT_DEVICE but got CM_RST_FAILURE
SnapshotDeviceRequest - Failed to query device 5651

RE: CM_RST_FAILURE???

thanks its all working now, seems the devices were set as phones instead of acd on the aes.

RE: CM_RST_FAILURE???

All u do was only change phone to acd?

Isn't correct to put phones as device and group extension as acd?

And not mark "Exception Group". Did u check this?
