PHONES DEAD

PHONES DEAD

PHONES DEAD

(OP)
All my phones went dead and the two line display reads:
LKD-24D V0.6G
Scout-DXV1.1 OK SYNC
Tried turning off/on the processor doesnt seem to work. Any help out there

RE: PHONES DEAD

sounds like the system defaulted.  Did they lose power?  go to station 100 and see if it is up, at default that is the only station that will work.

RE: PHONES DEAD

it has defaulted, most likely the on board battery is weak, best thing would be to perform a hard reset with the dip switches then start programming from sta 100

RE: PHONES DEAD

Our main board just crashed producing the same error.  I opened the box and found 2 LEDs flashing in a sequence.  Turns out it was trying to boot but was having memory issues.  A new board was ordered and installed and now we are running again....minus voicemail though sad
