teradata server connection problem

teradata server connection problem

teradata server connection problem

My Teradata server is no longer accepting connections.

The first error is

10065 WSA E HostUnreach: The Teradata server can;t currently be reached over this network

I noticed that the recond service was down, but I can't start it

In System log of Event Viewer

The Teradata Channel IOCTL Driver service depends on the following nonexistent service: BtiApapi

Any ideas?
