Qbasic Question Qbasic Question N6399M (Programmer) (OP) 28 Jun 08 12:06 Ive seen programs in qbasic, that have a point and click scheme, or a gui interface, how can I do that in qbasic? RE: Qbasic Question 2 Buff1 (Programmer) 29 Jun 08 03:48 In Qbasic you can use call absolute for mouse routines (as well as many other things - it's using asm). In Quick Basic you can use Call absolute or call interrupt[x]. There are examples of both on the internet at various quick basic sites.Qbasic and Quick Basic use various 'screens' 0 is text based, the rest are for graphics though text can be printed of course. Look in the help and look for examples. Many people use screen 13 which allows the most colors at one time 256, but is 320x 200. My favorite is screen 12 which is 640 x 480 but only 16 colors at a time. There is also a screen function but that is for finding what character is at a particular column and row. There are many examples of graphics in qb just check the sites.
