Ive seen programs in qbasic, that have a point and click scheme, or a gui interface, how can I do that in qbasic?

Qbasic and Quick Basic use various 'screens' 0 is text based, the rest are for graphics though text can be printed of course. Look in the help and look for examples.
Many people use screen 13 which allows the most colors at one time 256, but is 320x 200. My favorite is screen 12 which is 640 x 480 but only 16 colors at a time.
There is also a screen function but that is for finding what character is at a particular column and row.
There are many examples of graphics in qb just check the sites.
