Adding a date & time columns to inbox in lotus notes

Adding a date & time columns to inbox in lotus notes

(OP)
Hi,
I'm using lotus notes version 5 in work but my inbox doesn't have a column for date and time (I'm told it's not possible - eventhough I have seen it !)

Is there a way to add a column for date and one for time that the mail was received ?

Cheers !

RE: Adding a date & time columns to inbox in lotus notes

Hi, in the inbox I have there is a datecolumn with following code:

@If(DeliveredDate != ""; DeliveredDate; PostedDate != ""; PostedDate; @Created)

The only way that I know of doing it is to change the design of the template that is used for the mail files and then propagate the design to all the mail files.  That is something that I am going to be doing here shortly.
