ETAI2 - line error 828 with longer cable

(OP)
Hello,
We had to move the NICE Logger server to our server room. This has lengthen the MIC wire from 60 meters to 100 meters.

While the Logger was working perfectly before, we get now the following error : "ETAI2 board 1 - line error (828)", and the recordings (even if working), contained only cracking noises.

We modified the NICE Logger config to add "gain" to the ETAI2 board, and now we can distinguish voices but we have additional loud noise.

Do you know which values can be setup in the ETAI2 configuration to improve the quality (like line errors parameters and other parameters) ?
Or do you know where I can get documentation for this issue ?

Thank you in advance,
