Hi ,
When I try to access the VM from the phone it is saying "for protection your account is locked and contact the administrator".
When I check the manual it says the reset the VM_LOGIN_FAILED in xpr database. But I have no clue how to do this.
It would be great help if somebody suggests me how to reset this account lockup in Xpression vm system.

If you go within the hipath manager to maintenance and there to the ivm tab.
You have an option to reset the password for a specific voicemailbox
