How do I get multiple auto attendants on the KX-TDA??

I have programmed a DDI to an group 601, no memebers and a intercept of 500(VM).

On the TVP I have edited mailbox 601 to go to Custom Service Menu 1.

I have a setup the AA as Custom Service Menu 1.

Everytime I ring the DDI it still goes to 601's mailbox and not the CS menu.

I have played with this before and got bored!! winky smile  That customer only wanted 1 AA so just set the ports to default to CS menu 1 and worked a treat.

Now I need 1+ menus from different DDI's.

Anyone Help??????

Fooball is not a matter of life and death-It is far more important!!!!

RE: KX-TDA15 / KX-TVM50

our small version of tda the 50  does not support BRI
or DDI but you need to look at trunk service in TVM
for your answer you are running off of IRNA now thats why you are going to 601's mailbox.

So are you saying I am doing it wrong or that it can't be done????

RE: KX-TDA15 / KX-TVM50

From memory you can put different DDI's into different VM trunk groups.  Then you can setup different VM trunk groups in the TVM and point them to different CS menus.

"So are you saying I am doing it wrong or that it can't be done???? Jamie Green"

I did not say that at all I said that you need to use
vm trunk groups instead of timers on TDA ......reread my
last post...

RE: KX-TDA15 / KX-TVM50

Wow, I'll say it.  You're doing it wrong.  It can be done.
In the American version we have Trunk Group numbers and VM trunk group numbers.  You change the VM trunk group in the system and then establins VM trunk groups in the Voice Mail.

Cheers guys, you pointed me in the right direction.

I found the DDI routing within the TVM itself and works a treat.

I see the VM trunk groups and might look at them in the future if I am running alog lines.

Thanks again
