hate this thing!  trying to get the following:

call rings to vm, AA, press 1 for sales, rings a group, no answer goes to a mailbox.

as simple as that!  anyone please...

my previous thread is my workaround, i have a slt answering machine on 1 phone, but seems like a waste of time if we have vm, just can't find which program to do.

using hypertermial aswell.  so if i read correctly i basically have huntgroup 100 which i create a mailbox for so that when a call is recalled back to the voicemail it will go this mailbox and not loop back into the AA?

if you follow that tech bulletin to the letter it'll
will act like a 2 hour answering machine as far
as when it picks up that would have to do with how you have
inteercept routing setup and you irna timer for each trunk group  on the TD
