Hi,

Sorry if this is a stupid question (and yes there are stupid questions ;)...

I am totally new to CRM - my company set up the system but no one has really been using it, so I need to get them started.  I don't have a 'settings' tab on my view, and if I select Go To, Settings, and either Settings or Customization, nothing happens.

Is this a role/security issue?  I believe I'm set up as an administrator, but I can't check because I can't get into settings...grr...

No one has been using this, so if it's some sort of global setting or install issue, they don't know about it.

Any ideas??

Thanks!

Hmm...this started working mysteriously - not sure what I did to change it, but I can access settings now.  Please cancel that question, at least the immediacy of it.
