display and monitor network usage on client pc

(OP)
Hi there.

does anyone know a network monitoring tool which can display the network usage on a client pc?

If possible I would appreaciate a open source or freeware tool but anything is fine.

My operating system is Windows XP.

I am interested in a graphical view of in and out traffice.

Looking forward to a reply and
thanks in advance
Martin

Why not use perfmon.exe?

It's free as it's built in already...
