I am try to view how can I finish my nightmare with DVD Rams
In most my customers the DVD had some problems.

1 problem: when you put new DVD media on drive still showing Empty.
2 problem: When doing the backup for some reason DRIVE ERROR appear without finishing the job.
3 Problem: when doing restore appear THE MEDIA is not recognize.

check to ensure the latest write dvd is installed also check to ensure the latest firmware is loaded onto drives. are they matushita drives?

for DVD writer I user
Do exist any Hot fix or SP for nice logger and nicecall3?

is it a 9.06 or 9.03 logger. there is a number of hot fixes one for memory leak.also there is a more recent write dvd version. Is it a sw973 or sw9574 drive?

Its is a 9.06 logger, with SP3.
and I had diferent problem with DVD RAM with NCF3 9.06.
the DVD Drive is in both cases is sw9574 an3d.
