I am conducting research for my dissertation as part of a MBA programme at  the University of Leicester.  The topic of the research is "barriers to implementing and sustaining a CMMi programme in a small a SME - A cultural perspective". The purpose of this research is to identify the cultural barriers to implementing and sustaining a CMMi programme in a small medium sized enterprise and to develop a framework, based on Kurt Lewin force field analysis, to improve the chance of implementation success.

In order to progress my research I would be interested to know the types of culture in organisations that have successfully implemented and maintained a CMMi programme.

In the interest of research I would really appreciate your participation. All replies will be progressed in strictest confidence.  If you are interested in participating then please contact me.
