Informatica call Data quality

My Client is using Informatica 8.1 for ETL and First Logic(Business Objects Data Quality Version 11.7.1) tool for data cleansing and standarizing. So, we are planning to extract and transform and load data into datawarehouse. While transform ,informatica should call up data quality tool for standarizing and cleanse data and load into Target. My question is how informatica call up data quality tool. Any idea?
