PO No was changed automatically.

Hello,
I am using peachtree 2007 complete (multi-users).

I created a purchase order, and modified date of this PO.
after that, PO No was changed automatically. sometimes.

Is this bug of peachtree?

Please help me.

RE: PO No was changed automatically.

If you have posted a Purchase Order and you edit that purchase order, the purchase order # should not change.  The code was not written to do that.

It sounds like you may have some damaged data.

Try running Data Verification, both tests, under the File Menu.  Then try to edit a purchase order and see if the number still changes.

blueboyz,

Thanks for the reply.
I'll try it.

but I am concerning about damaged data.
if I try to Verification and tests, I don't have error messages.
will it recoverd ?

RE: PO No was changed automatically.

If you don't receive any error messages after running Data Verification, you will need to contact a certified consultant or Peachtree support for further help.
