How to recreate the project for a previous website?

How to recreate the project for a previous website?

A few years ago I used Visual InterDev 6 to create a web application.  Since then I have lost the backend project.
All I have is the web site files.  Where can I find out how or who to/can recreate the project so that I can make changes.  Currently when I change code I get errors because of the web page trying to find to previous scripting files.
Maybe all I have to do is change something in the Global.asa???  The Web folder name has been changed.  Am I finding the source of my problem as I type this message?
