We upgraded our Norstar ICS to EC4.1 software yesterday while adding a 6-port expansion card to the system. The system programming came back up fine after the upgrade, and we can make outbound calls, but we cannot receive inbound calls. We've already spoken to our T1 vendor, and they've verified that the digital signal is present and all channels are up and running.
Does anyone have ANY suggestions?? This is kinda an emergency....
