sql DTS pkg help

If a sql package was deleted, where does it go? Will it be possible to restore it??? Any help is greatly appreciated.

i tried to research and found out there were no backup for MSDB database. but the there is *.mdf with last month's date. Is anyway I can do a rollback transaction so I can add that pkg back to sysdtspackages table????? Please help...
