Are there any good books on Remedy

Are there any good books on Remedy

Are there any good books on Remedy

(OP)
I recently was given the job of running Remedy on our network, we didn't have it before, and I've never used it before.  I've been working with it for about a month now and feeling pretty comfortable, but I was trying to find some books on Remedy and haven't been able to locate any.  I was just wondering if anyone on here knows of any that could help me out some.

Thanks
Brendan

RE: Are there any good books on Remedy

what kind of books do you need, for the helpdesk system or for the server integration, do you support remedy or just work with the helpdesk ?

RE: Are there any good books on Remedy

I'm the administrator for Remedy where I work at, unfortunatly I am the lone person who is responsible for this program and no one else who I work with has any experience with it, I have pretty much gotten everything setup and running for the help desk portion, I'm not trying to get the asset management to work with SMS, but I'm just looking for any books on admin for remedy, I haven't seen anything out there and asked a few bookstores, but that doesn't mean there isn't anything.  So any help would be appreciated.

Brendan
