Syntax Error

Syntax Error

(OP)
I keep getting a Syntax Error in my form, below is the formula I am using and I have been over it a hundred times and I cannot see what I am doing wrong.  I also used the formula on another form and it works just fine but it is a different table.  I have re-built the table because I'm told that it's probably the table but I still have a problem.  Are their restrictions on the length of calculated fields?  Any ideas as to what I could be doing wrong?

RE: Syntax Error

Try shortening the path to the files and see what happens.

Easiest would probably be to create an alias to 90% of that path length.
