I am using a NETGEAR firewall to establish a Point-to-Point vpn back to our main office. I have a 3102 phone on this remote office. The phone works and it is three digit dial back to the main office. However, from the main office, we cannot see if the remote phone is in use. Other features like Conference does not work either and another remtoe phone cannot call the other remote phone.
Does anybody have a suggestion on how to fix this issue?
