Visual Studio Team Foundation Server Migration to new Server

(OP)
Hi all, this forum is the closest I could find to VS Teamserve.

If this is the correct forum and someone can help, here is my question...

We are simply are migrating hardware from an old server to a new server. Same OS, different hardware. Is there an easy way to install new Team Foundation Server, export data out of the old system and import into the new system? There is a migration process but seems very involved...

I would love to be able to not have to change the servername either if possible. Any thoughts to a clean box to box migration?

Hope someone has some ideas. Thanks!
steve
