Trouble with simple programming DBS 576

(OP)
We recently inherited a customer with a 576 sytem.  They needed another line added to the system and we have been over the 576 manual several times to figure out the ancient runes of these keystrokes in the FF4 menu.  I was programming from the ext 100 as a test set, but to no avail.  Could someone in plain english please pretend like I've never programmed a 576 before and walk me thru the actual steps to adding a fifth line to ext 100.

Who knows, I may not have been holding my mouth right.
