bridging a vista network

(OP)
Hi I hope someone can help me figure this out, I have a friend that has a new vaio that hooked up to a broadband connection, what he’s trying to do is print wireless to a hp printer, we had it hooked up to the network through his cable modem when he had Comcast and a dell laptop. With the new laptop he’s running vista and I don’t know how to hook up the printer to the router on the lan side and bridge the broadband to the printer on the lan side. Any help is appreciated

RE: bridging a vista network

You are not very clear on what hardware you want to connect by what means: wired or wireless or both...

Other than the Sony Vaio, what router or WAP or switch are you using?
