KX-TD1232 - Reduce rings before auto-attendant

KX-TD1232 - Reduce rings before auto-attendant

KX-TD1232 - Reduce rings before auto-attendant

(OP)
I've got a KX-TD1232 and TVS200. Incoming calls ring the operator station 3 times before going to the auto-attendant. We would like to do away with those rings. Where do I find the settings in the TD1232 for that?

Thanks.

RE: KX-TD1232 - Reduce rings before auto-attendant

Depends if its being done by a call forward on the handset or if its following an intercept timer in the programming.

Is the display showing a forward on the reception handset.

RE: KX-TD1232 - Reduce rings before auto-attendant

re read my post program 407 and 8

RE: KX-TD1232 - Reduce rings before auto-attendant

Go into pgm 407 and 408 and remove the operator ext
(or any other ext for that matter) from ringing on lines by removing the number of rings 0,2,4,6,8 and making sure N was in their instead.

RE: KX-TD1232 - Reduce rings before auto-attendant

wrong wrong wrong 407 & 8 is dil 1:1 and there is no n entry there can only be a ext entry which in his case should be 165  you are thinking of 603 & 4 and an entry
of the voicemail ext there wouldn't do a blessed thing
