autogenerate misses bookmark headers

autogenerate misses bookmark headers

Hi all -  I’m uusing Frontpage Express   to create my pages and MS Html Help to create my chm.

I have a largish multipage document with headers <h1> etc and with each header bookmarked. I want to be able to have a table of contents item that jumps to the bookmark for the header, i.e. to the correct part of the file. I can do this by editing the table of contents in HTML help workshop  (e.g. help.htm#overview takes me to Oveview) but when I autogenerate a table of contents it misses out that I have put bookmarks in for each of my header texts so whatever I click on, I get the top of the page (i.e. help.htm) even though it has detected that I have headers all through the document

Does anyone know any way around this?

Thanks, Garrett
