Hello,
If anyone has any idea what these error messages mean or where I can find information on MTS, I would greatly appreciate it.

The following error messages are copied from Windows NT Event viewer.  The top section of event viewer is the same for all three errors.  Listing Name, Date, User, Computer, EventID(this is different) and the following:

Source: Transaction Server
Type: Error
Category: Executive

Failed on creation from object context: CreateInstance  (ProgId: Reports.DBConn) (CLSID: {5872F9C7-35C3-11D5-A792-009027AC3CAF}) (Interface: IUnknown) (IID: {00000000-0000-0000-C000-000000000046})   (Microsoft Transaction Server Internals Information: File: d:\viper\src\runtime\context\ccontext.cpp, Line: 1300)

The run-time environment caught an exception during a call into your component. This error caused the process to terminate. ~CContext (Package: ForecastReports) (ProgId: Reports.DBConn) (CLSID: {5872F9C7-35C3-11D5-A792-009027AC3CAF}) (Interface: IClassFactory) (IID: {00000001-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}) (Method: 4)  (Microsoft Transaction Server Internals Information: File: d:\viper\src\runtime\context\ccontext.cpp, Line: 1085)

Failed on creation within a server process. InitialBind (Package: ForecastReports) (ProgId: Reports.DBConn) (CLSID: {5872F9C7-35C3-11D5-A792-009027AC3CAF}) (Interface: IClassFactory) (IID: {00000001-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}) (Method: 3)  (Microsoft Transaction Server Internals Information: File: d:\viper\src\runtime\context\ccontext.cpp, Line: 1969)

The thing that gets me is, the application runs the way it's suppose to.  These errors are generated from the reporting module of the app and the reports still process and appear correctly.

Again, if anyone has any info, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks, finny
