I just wonder if by any chance Photoshop brushes work in Paint Shop XI.

I've been using PSP for years and have never heard of Photoshop brushes working in PSP, but I could be wrong.

There are probably PSP brushes out there that do the same things you want though.

They don't work in their native format but you can use this viewer, http://abrviewer.sourceforge.net/, to save the Photoshop brush file to .png, then open this .png in PSP and create a custom brush from it.
