Witness Integration with both Avaya and Cisco

Witness Integration with both Avaya and Cisco

Witness Integration with both Avaya and Cisco

(OP)
Hi All,

We were looking at using Witness to record calls both from our Avaya S8700 environment, as well as our Cisco IPCC environment (over IP).

Does anyone know if you can integrate both Avaya and Cisco into a single Witness server - and if it can be done, does anyone have a link to documentation that shows this?

Or do I need a separate Witness server for Avaya, and another server for Cisco.

Any help is greatly appreciated ... thanks!!

RE: Witness Integration with both Avaya and Cisco
