anyone know if it's possible to leave a message on a user's voicemail directly, without having to create a message in your own voice mail and forward it to that user.
I ask, because all of our internal phones are on handsfree (don't ask!!) so they never ring on internal calls (they auto answer), so the divert to voicemail setting never kicks in.If you ring a user that isn't at the phone, it's not possibe to leave a viocemail.

RE: V3000 ring direct to voicemail

Call extension 500, press * (or whatever you have programmed for "transfer to voicemail") then enter extension number, when you hear the greeting press #.  You can do it all at once without pausing by dialing 500 when the greeting plays dial *1000#
